Food is the fuel of the soul
I grew up in a restaurant in Paris, where my mother was the cook and meals were a way of life. That upbringing shaped how I think about food: fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and the importance of eating together at the table.
I follow the French school lunch model, offering balanced, organic meals made from scratch. Many ingredients come from the on-site garden, lovingly tended by the children themselves.
Most importantly, meals are served family style. All children eat together at the table, and we take time to practice conversation, connection, and the joy of sharing a meal.
